Hello, I’m Lesley Joiner, an Ambassador of the Desilets Method and Embodied Psycho-Sexual Method and I’m based in Calgary, Canada.  My passion lies in helping women build connection and trust with their bodies and their sexuality especially when difficult relationships exist with partners and children. I’ve experienced the incredible ripple effects of even the smallest shifts in perception, leading to healing and growth for the entire family.

As a mother of three sons and a daughter, I’ve experienced the impact of my former silence and discomfort surrounding my body and sexuality on my children. That’s why I’m dedicated to speaking and teaching about the Embodied Psycho-Sexual Method to adults and teens. I love to share my story and emphasize the importance of creating a strong Body Home Base and a positive relationship with pleasure to experience maximum aliveness.

In addition to mentoring, I bring my playful fibre artist skills to offer one-on-one and group experiences. Through creative exploration, we delve into the Embodied Psycho-Sexual Method without even realizing it!  Making something provides a unique opportunity for self-expression and personal growth.

Outside of my work, I enjoy tai chi, sewing, gardening, and hiking nearby trails, finding ways to nourish my soul.
