I specialize in supporting women in embodying their sensual and sexual sovereignty by deeply reconnecting with their body’s wisdom combined with the empowering and deeply healing practices of the Desilets method.

As an elder with my own profound sexual and creative healing journey, I know that life can continue to grow richer, more sensual, and more fulfilling as we age.

I work individually and do occasional workshops, seeing both therapy clients and doing JEM coaching. Currently, I offer support online, with offerings tailored to suit your needs.

I often can be found with a paint brush in my hand, and I also enjoy swimming and sunbathing at my pond and staying active.

I offer classes in person and online.
